Ealy in my career I became a certified Pose Method Running Technique Specialist. I firmly believe in the science based principles to help run farther, faster and injury free. 


Using programs that focus on running mechanic drills, core stability and gross pattern movement exercises - you will accomplish your goals.

Marathon Program

Video recorded breakdown of run gait:  

-Position, movement and stride (if applicable)


12 to 16 week periodised programs including: 

-Strength and coss training circuits 

-Fartlek, tempo and speed runs (if applicable)


Accompanied long runs (if preferred)

Residential 45 Minutes
